I report on contemporary legal and commercial developments, with a particular focus on the practical benefits and implications of existing and emerging laws and regulations in Malaysia. My writing aims to raise awareness among readers about various legal frameworks and commercial principles, while also highlighting the necessary steps businesses and individuals should take in response to changes in law.
I am a practicing Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia, having been called to the Malaysian Bar in 2025. I completed my pupillage at Zain & Co and began my legal career as a litigator with Kevin Wu & Associates. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Taylor’s University, graduating in 2022. I subsequently passed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) examination in 2023. Driven by a renewed passion for writing, I now aspire to enlighten the public on the nuances of Malaysian law and the practical insights that can be gained from understanding legal principles and regulatory developments.
I am open to collaborations and welcome fresh insights or contributions related to legal and commercial topics.
