Ts. Zehan Teoh is a venture builder, institutional strategist, and platform architect with over two decades of experience at the intersection of government policy, innovation capital, and enterprise transformation across Southeast Asia, China, and North America.
As COO of Intrinsic SEA, part of the Intrinsic Group, a cross-border venture building and investment platform with approximately CAD $200 million AUM, he leads market expansion, deep tech acceleration, and institutional partnership development across the region.
His career spans Malaysia's Prime Minister's Office (PEMANDU), Cradle Fund (5,000+ startups supported), Qatar Insurance Group's Digital Venture Partners, FWD Group, and Huawei Technologies. He holds an MBA and the professional designation of Ts. (Technologist). He is preparing to launch a dedicated Malaysia deep tech fund in 2026/2027.
