Mastercard has launched Team Priceless, a global fan initiative in partnership with the McLaren Formula 1 Team, aimed at giving supporters unprecedented access to the team and its race-weekend activities ahead of the 2026 Formula 1 season.

The initiative marks the first time McLaren and a naming partner have worked together to provide fans with behind-the-scenes access.

It curated local experiences and unique insights into the team through the lens of McLaren’s “Team Papaya” culture.

Team Priceless will select four fans at each race location to take part in the programme, which will travel to five Formula 1 destinations worldwide. The experience begins in Melbourne, before moving on to Miami, the United Kingdom, Mexico City and Abu Dhabi.

Fans chosen for Team Priceless will unlock exclusive Priceless Experiences available only through Mastercard.

These include access to a newly dedicated Priceless seat inside the McLaren Racing garage, where fans can watch the team prepare for race day, as well as opportunities to meet McLaren Formula 1 drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, the engineering team and other behind-the-scenes moments throughout the race weekend.

Selected fans will also create and share content documenting their journey, offering fellow supporters a closer look at the intensity and excitement of a Formula 1 race weekend from a fan’s perspective.

Miami will be the first location to recruit a Team Priceless squad. Eligible Mastercard cardholders across North America can enter from 12 to 23 December 2025 by following the submission guidelines on priceless.com and demonstrating their passion for the McLaren Formula 1 Team on social media. Recruitment details for Melbourne, the United Kingdom, Mexico City and Abu Dhabi will be announced at a later date, with fans able to sign up for updates at priceless.com/TeamPriceless.

The launch follows Mastercard’s announcement in August that it will become the official naming partner of the McLaren Formula 1 Team from the 2026 season.

Team Priceless signals the beginning of this partnership and introduces a new era of fan engagement by turning supporters into active participants in the McLaren story.

Team Priceless will be led by two passionate McLaren fan captains who will mentor team members and share creative content highlighting the exclusive experiences available through Mastercard. Both captains will be revealed during pre-season testing in Bahrain in February.
