Emirates is taking luxury travel retail to new heights with the opening of its latest Emirates World Store in Bangkok.
Located at the prestigious Gaysorn Centre, this premium, lounge-style concept store is designed to bring customers closer to the world of Emirates offering personalised travel services, exclusive merchandise, and a taste of the airline’s world-class in-flight experience.
Spanning 254 square metres, the Bangkok store blends modern design with interactive elements.

Visitors can step inside a replica of the iconic Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge or test out the airline’s much-talked-about Premium Economy seat, which will be introduced on the Dubai–Bangkok route this July.
Guests can also plan their travels with the help of Emirates’ expert consultants, explore global destinations via digital displays, or snap a selfie in front of scenic backdrops using the in-store interactive mirror.

This opening makes Emirates’ second major investment in Thailand in recent months, following a USD 5 million upgrade of its Suvarnabhumi Airport Lounge, the largest Emirates lounge outside Dubai.
It reflects the airline’s growing focus on Thailand’s booming premium travel market and its long-term commitment to the region.
Emirates also announced a new strategic partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) aimed at driving more international visitors to the country.

Through this collaboration, both parties will roll out joint marketing and promotional campaigns to position Thailand as a top-tier global destination.
The Bangkok store is part of a larger vision. Emirates plans to invest USD 27 million over the next three years to expand the World Store concept globally, following successful launches in Hong Kong, Manila, and Singapore. More cities are set to follow, as the airline redefines how it connects with customers on the ground.
