Xiaomi has officially announced a groundbreaking partnership with Polyphony Digital, the creators of Gran Turismo, during Round One of the Gran Turismo World Series 2025.
As part of this collaboration, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, the brand’s flagship high-performance electric vehicle, will make its debut in Gran Turismo 7 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 marking the first time a Xiaomi vehicle appears in the legendary racing simulator franchise.
Gran Turismo is widely regarded as one of the most realistic driving simulators globally, known for its precise engineering parameters that closely mirror real-world performance.

The inclusion of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra signals growing recognition of intelligent electric vehicles (EVs) in the performance and motorsports community.
In May 2025, Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi visited Beijing to test drive the SU7 Ultra and tour Xiaomi’s EV factory in Yizhuang. Impressed by the vehicle’s capabilities and Xiaomi’s engineering advancements, Yamauchi praised the company’s courage, curiosity, passion, and relentless dedication.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, officially launched in 2024, is equipped with a tri-motor HyperEngine V8s system delivering 1,548 PS, a top speed of over 350 km/h, and a blistering 0–100 km/h acceleration in just 1.98 seconds.
The vehicle has already made headlines by setting track records for four-door cars at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
Xiaomi and Polyphony Digital also announced plans to co-develop a Xiaomi VISION GRAN TURISMO concept vehicle, hinting at deeper collaboration in both virtual and real-world automotive innovation.
The SU7 Ultra will be available to Gran Turismo 7 players globally, offering a virtual experience that mirrors its real-world luxury, speed, and engineering precision.
