‍The BMW Group is taking teamwork to a new level with the establishment of the Partner Academy, a global training platform that aims to produce champion level suppliers just like professional athletes who achieve success through dedication and team support.

According to the BMW Group Press Release on 7 April 2025, the inspiration comes directly from 2024 Superbike World Champion Toprak Razgatlioglu, who is also a BMW Motorrad factory rider. Toprak emphasizes that it’s all about teamwork, and success on the track can only be achieved when the entire team works hard together every day.

Taking this inspiration, BMW believes that continuous development and mutual understanding with suppliers are key to maintaining their premium standards. Through the Partner Academy, BMW provides dedicated training to global partners and suppliers to meet increasingly challenging market demands.

Meanwhile, Dr Joachim Post, who is responsible for BMW’s Supply Chain, describes quality as an attitude. He said close cooperation and continuous training are the only way to maintain BMW’s premium quality throughout the value chain, especially with the launch of their new project, Neue Klasse.
