On 27 March 2025, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) announced a dividend distribution of 5.25% and a bonus dividend of 0.25% for the financial year 2024, making it the highest dividend in seven years.

This distribution involves a total amount of RM514.20 million, an increase from RM485.08 million paid in the previous year.

A total of 125,014 contributors, consisting of members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF), will benefit from this distribution.

LTAT Chief Executive Officer, Mohammad Ashraf Md. Radzi stated that this increase reflects the strong recovery and stability of LTAT funds, which have managed to maintain the dividend rate at 5% for three consecutive years.

LTAT recorded a 2.5% increase in revenue this year to RM753 million, driven by asset diversification and higher returns from Strategic Assets. Net profit also increased 23.7% to RM588 million compared to the previous year, supported by strong revenue growth and prudent cost management.

LTAT's accumulated reserves showed a significant increase of 160.6% year-on-year, reaching RM1.01 billion. This is the third consecutive year where the total reserves have increased by more than 100% each year since 2021.

According to LTAT Chairman, General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Azizan Ariffin RMAF (R), this achievement proves that prudent investment decisions have yielded positive results.

“We remain steadfast in strengthening governance and stewardship of our Group of Companies, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability,” he said.

The 2024 dividend will be credited to contributors’ accounts on Friday, 28 March 2025. Contributors may check their statements via the MyWIRA mobile app or visit LTAT’s official website at www.ltat.gov.my.

Established in August 1972 as a statutory body under the Armed Forces Fund Act 1973, LTAT is a pension fund organisation for members of the Malaysian Armed Forces.
