J&T Global Express Limited delivered more than 30 billion parcels worldwide in 2025, a 22.2% increase compared with 2024 supported by strong growth in Southeast Asia and continued expansion in new international markets.

The logistics company handled 30.13 billion parcels in 2025, up from 24.65 billion parcels the previous year. Average daily parcel volume rose to 82.5 million, compared with 67.3 million in 2024.

In the final quarter of 2025, J&T processed 8.46 billion parcels, an increase of 14.5% year-on-year. Average daily parcel volume reached 92 million, up from 80.3 million in the same quarter last year.

Southeast Asia remains the main growth driver

Southeast Asia continued to lead growth for the group.

  • 2025 parcel volume: 7.66 billion
  • 2024 parcel volume: 4.56 billion
  • Year-on-year growth: 67.8%

During the fourth quarter alone, parcel volume in Southeast Asia rose 73.6% to 2.44 billion parcels, supported by higher e-commerce activity and expanded delivery capacity across the region.

China remained J&T’s largest market by volume.

  • 2025 parcel volume: 22.07 billion
  • 2024 parcel volume: 19.80 billion
  • Year-on-year growth: 11.4%

In the fourth quarter, China parcel volume stood at 5.89 billion, slightly lower than the same period a year earlier.

New Markets continue to expand

J&T’s New Markets segment recorded faster growth, although from a smaller base.

  • 2025 parcel volume: 403.9 million
  • 2024 parcel volume: 281.2 million
  • Year-on-year growth: 43.6%

Fourth-quarter parcel volume in these markets increased 79.7% to 133.8 million parcels.

In 2025, J&T continued to adjust its operating network to improve efficiency. The company reduced the number of network partners in Southeast Asia and China while increasing the total number of outlets to 19,300, compared with 19,100 in 2024.

Sorting capacity also expanded:

  • Sorting centres: 246, up from 238
  • Automated sorting machines: 413, an increase of 134 units year-on-year

The company also added more self-owned line-haul vehicles across all regions to support higher parcel volumes and reduce reliance on third-party carriers.
