The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has announced plans to establish a new office in Singapore, making its first presence in Southeast Asia and the 12th globally. 

This initiative aims to deepen collaborations with governments, philanthropic organizations, and institutions across the region, focusing on advancing global health and development goals.

Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the new office underscores the Foundation’s commitment to working alongside countries and partners to help more people live healthy and productive lives.

It also seeks to accelerate progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
