Emirates has unveiled an elevated culinary experience for its Business Class passengers, with the launch of 18 meticulously crafted new dishes paired with exclusive champagnes from Moët & Chandon.
The menu represents a significant step forward in the airline’s commitment to delivering world-class gastronomy at 40,000 feet.

The new dishes, a mix of starters and main courses, were developed over the span of a year in collaboration between Emirates’ award-winning in-house chefs and Jean Michel Bardet, Head Chef at Moët & Chandon and renowned for his Michelin star credentials.
Each dish is expertly paired with a specific Moët & Chandon champagne to create a refined in-flight pairing menu, a first of its kind in commercial aviation.
Passengers can preview their inflight menu before departure to discover which items are part of the pairing collection, marked with a crown icon.
Highlights from the new offerings include poached scallops with green melon and roasted almonds paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016, and vegan silken tofu with poached asparagus and cashew cream served alongside Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.

Main courses also showcase the creativity of the culinary collaboration, with options such as roasted duck with aubergine and couscous paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, seared Chilean seabass with artichoke purée and lemongrass sauce matched with Brut Impérial.
Vegan diners are also catered for with flavourful dishes like braised lentils with coconut and spiced cauliflower, served with Rosé Impérial.

Beyond the kitchen, the development process took into account the challenges of preparing fine dining meals at scale, as Emirates serves over 77 million meals annually, with approximately 149 meals served every minute across its global network.
The initiative builds on Emirates’ long-standing partnership with Moët Hennessy, spanning over 30 years.
Emirates remains the world’s largest airline purchaser of champagne and retains exclusive rights to serve vintages such as Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016 onboard.
