Apple has announced that its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC25) will take place online from June 9 to 13, offering developers and tech enthusiasts around the world a week full of innovation, learning, and exciting announcements.

The biggest highlight of the event is the Apple Keynote, scheduled to stream live on June 10 at 1:00 a.m. Malaysian time (MYT). During this keynote, Apple is expected to reveal groundbreaking updates across all its platforms  including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. The session will be available to watch on Apple’s website, YouTube channel, and the Apple TV app, with on-demand viewing available afterward.

Right after the keynote, Apple will host the Platforms State of the Union at 4:00 a.m. MYT, which will take a deeper dive into the latest tools and technologies for developers. This session, too, will be streamed on the Apple Developer app, website, and YouTube channel.

Members of the Apple Developer Programme and Apple Developer Enterprise Programme will have the opportunity to join group discussions or book one-on-one appointments with Apple experts on topics like AI, app design, Swift, machine learning, and more.

To further support the next generation of creators, Apple is once again running its Swift Student Challenge.

This year, 50 Distinguished Winners have been selected for their outstanding coding projects and will be invited to a three-day experience at Apple Park. The company will also welcome over 1,000 developers and students to a special in-person event at its headquarters on June 9.

As WWDC25 approaches, anticipation is building for what Apple has in store. With the keynote just days away, all eyes will be on Cupertino come 1:00 a.m. MYT on June 10.
