Apple has officially expanded its retail presence into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the launch of the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app, delivering for the first time a personalized and localized shopping experience tailored specifically for Saudi customers. This milestone marks a significant moment for Apple’s presence in the region, offering a new level of convenience, accessibility, and customer care that aligns with the growing demand for high-quality technology services in the Kingdom.
For the first time ever, customers in Saudi Arabia will be able to shop Apple’s complete lineup of products including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and accessories directly from Apple itself.
The experience is enhanced through the Apple Store app, which delivers personalized recommendations based on each customer’s existing devices and usage. With intuitive tools to compare models, save favorites, and track orders, the online shopping process has been streamlined to reflect Apple’s global standards, now available in Arabic for the first time.
Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, Deirdre O’Brien said they are thrilled to bring the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app to Saudi Arabia, offering customers a new way to explore and shop Apple’s extraordinary lineup of products and services.
“Our customers in Saudi Arabia are passionate about the things they can do with technology, and our teams can’t wait to connect with customers and help them discover how Apple innovations can meaningfully enrich their daily lives,” he added.
Customers Can Personalize their Products
Personalization lies at the heart of this expansion. With the new online store, customers now have the ability to customize their shopping journey in ways never before available in the region. Mac buyers can configure their devices to meet their exact needs from chip performance to memory and storage options while Apple Watch users can create their own case and band combinations.
Even product engraving has been localized: for the first time, engraving on items such as AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag is available in both Arabic and English, allowing for a deeper cultural connection with Apple’s signature attention to detail.
Apple is also offering extensive post-purchase support online. Customers can connect with Apple team members for help setting up their devices, migrating data from previous phones, and activating mobile service. Personalized shopping support is also available via chat or phone, enabling customers to get tailored advice based on their individual needs and preferences.
Buy Now, Pay Later Options

Recognizing the importance of financial flexibility, Apple has partnered with Tamara to bring Buy Now, Pay Later options to its Saudi customers. This program allows buyers to pay for purchases in four equal installments over four months, with zero percent interest making it easier for more people to access the latest in Apple innovation.
For those looking to upgrade, the Apple Trade In program is also now available in the Kingdom. Customers can trade in eligible devices for credit toward a new purchase, or recycle old devices at no cost, in line with Apple’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing electronic waste.
Protection and peace of mind are further extended through AppleCare+, which is now available in Saudi Arabia. Customers purchasing iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch can benefit from two years of service and support, including priority access to Apple experts and comprehensive coverage for accidental damage.
Special Offers Until September 30

Students, educators, and families also stand to benefit from this new retail presence. Through the Apple Education Store, eligible university students, faculty, and staff can access exclusive pricing on Mac and iPad products. Until September 30, Apple is offering a special back-to-school promotion, giving eligible customers a free pair of AirPods or another accessory of their choice with the purchase of a qualifying device.
This launch is only the beginning of Apple’s broader expansion into the Saudi market. The company has announced that it plans to open the first of several flagship Apple Store locations in the Kingdom beginning in 2026.
Among these will be an iconic store currently in the planning stages for Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, further underlining Apple’s intent to weave its presence into the cultural and economic fabric of the country.
