According to the Ambank Group Press Release on 10 April 2025, AmBank Group has announced the provision of financing facilities to Aricia Sdn Bhd and Makna Setia Sdn Bhd, two subsidiaries of Chin Hin Group Berhad, to support the development of several new projects in the Klang Valley and East Malaysia.
The financing will support the development of Aricia Residences, a modern residential project featuring 787 serviced apartments including freehold sky duplex units. The project carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM467 million.
Another project receiving financing is a mixed-use development in Bandar Kinrara, covering 3.43 acres and comprising two residential towers and a retail hub.
AmBank is also funding civil infrastructure works in East Malaysia, aimed at improving connectivity and supporting economic growth in the region.
AmBank Group’s Managing Director of Business Banking, Christopher Yap, said the collaboration aligns with the bank’s commitment to sustainable growth and long-term community value.
Chin Hin Group’s Group Managing Director, Chiau Haw Choon, said the developments reflect the company’s goal of creating quality living environments and contributing to national development.
